a cart).
• Prepare, season, and cook food following special dietary instructions as
required. Follow recipes and presentation specifications.
• Provide direction to Commis Chefs. Help with Menu creation.
• Assisting the chef de partie with the running of the section.
• Ensuring the section is ready for service and making sure dishes consistently
meet the required level of quality.
• Responsible for supporting the Head and Sous Chef in a busy hotel kitchen
delivering consistently high-quality food, handling purchase orders, and
ensuring that items arriving without authorization are not received.

• FLO Restaurant. Bar. daily Breakfast, Lunch and dinner buffet. Al a cart, deli,
room service. International Menus.
• Responsible for taking care of the daily food preparation and duties assigned
to meet the set standard and qualities.
• Prepare the daily mis-en-place and food production in different sections of
the main kitchen.
