Shifting my career towards a more diverse. I was put in charge of leading the German Administration Department as an Administrative Specialist acting as
an Office Manager for Avelabs Deutschland GmbH. My duties and tasks
include but are not limited to;
Finance and Accounting related topics such as;
- Billing & Payment processing
- Invoicing and Budgeting
- Accounting & Data Entry
- VAT Filing and annual tax return processing
- Monthly Payroll processing & Expenses tracking
Human Resources Management related topics such as;
- Hours overview, overtime, vacations and sick leaves calculations
- Keep track of hour rates, wages, compensation benefit rates
- Tracking the German Social Insurance Software & submitting requests
- Creating a new filing system
General Administrative work such as;
- Managing the moving to the new office in Germany (legally and financially).
- Translating contracts and documents
- Handling the issues related to the German embassy in Cairo
Avelabs Egypt, America and Netherlands | Specialist

Beside my responsibilities Towards Avelabs Germany, I support in general
administrative tasks for these 3 entities such as;
- Moving some employees from Avelabs Egypt to Avelabs America and
responsible for getting their work visa and finalizing all required documents
- Preparing documents and invoices for annual Tax returns reports (Avelabs
America)
- Responsible for Accounting & Data Entry (Avelabs America)
- Responsible for handling all sick leave requests such as data entry, revising
and checking if it is matching with the policy, accepting or rejecting the
requests and answering all related questions to the employees (Avelabs
Egypt)
- Responsible for handling the business insurance offers, revising it and
choosing the best offer (Avelabs Egypt, Germany and America)
- Creating a new filing system and preparing all related reports (Avelabs Egypt).
- Responsible for getting work license for foreigner employees (Avelabs
Egypt)
- Managing the moving to the new office (Avelabs Netherlands)

coordinator (Part Time) - June 2016 - June 2019
-Interviewed more than 100 German instructors.
-Implemented training programs for about 15 instructors.
-Managed the communication with about 500 high-school, University
students and graduates in about 2.6 years.
-Prepared courses feedback surveys.
-Focal point for connection between the management team, teachers and
students.
-Supervised more than 50 classes.
Acted as fundraising programs coordinator’s assistant for two programs.
- Communicated with donors for 5 years; face to face, per phone and email.
- Responsible for the filing system of the department.
- Focal point of communication between financial department, donors
and parents
- Administrated the online content for the department on the
organization website.
- Supported the EXPATs of the American constructions company "RTKL" visits
to Egypt and arranged meetings and accommodation.
- Handled the issues of donors.
