Part of my role as a Project Coordinator involved:
• Supporting Syria’s Medical background employees (doctors, nurses, x-ray technicians...)
• Supporting Syria’s Non-medical background employees (Logicians, reporters, volunteers....),
• Supporting Syria’s 12 Field hospitals
• Supporting 22 Advanced Medical Points in Dera'a (FHs, AMPs)
• Shipping of medication, medical and nonmedical equipment’s inside Syria documented by waybills. I managed to get approvals from General Intelligence Department (GID) for transportation of bulk items.
• Provide Advanced and First Aid Training to medical and nonmedical volunteers, and return them back to Syria.
• Prepare Daily, Weekly, and Monthly reports to the Donor regarding all data collected which includes number of patients received in each facility, violence related injuries, major and minor surgeries implemented, demographics for all patients received, age and gender, etc…
• Recruited 270 local participants inside Syria that I’m in daily contact with and maintained comprehensive database records on their qualifications, areas of expertise, and interests.
• Managing the Medical Evacuation from Syria to Jordan.
• Responsible for 8 Medical Mobile Units (MMU’s) Inside Syria.
• Responsible for Dleil Hospital (Trauma Center) which treats Syrians evacuees to Jordan with war injuries, mainly orthopedic.
• Home maintenance and Distribution of Non Food Items (NFI) for the venerable Syrians inside the Urban Community in Jordan under Johanniter Project.
