I am a manger of the sales team, my main tasks are the following:
1- Keep an eye on the projects.
2- Following - up the projects and their progress (commercial & Residential).
3- Develops a business plan and sales strategy for the market that ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability.
4- Monitoring customer accounts to see their needs & progress.
5- Prepares action plans by individuals as well as by team.
6- Arranging for monthly - quarterly - yearly reports for the higher management.
7- Many other tasks
Receiving purchase orders from main showrooms, and distributers.
- Submitting orders on ECC Co. Data base.
- Reserving or confirming orders with suppliers via mails or B2B systems.
- Sending quotations to showroom & distributers.
- Releasing orders for shipping.
- Arranging bank transfers, letters of credit, standby letters of credit, bid bond, and performance
bond to our customers.
- Executing sea, land, and air fright shipping.
- Following up shipments & customs clearance procedures.
- Arranging & following up billing & financial issues regarding supplier's accounts.
- Pricing our range of products.
- Executing RFPs, evaluation & selection process for our products.
- Preparing quarterly and yearly business plans.
- Preparing reports concerning market conditions, showrooms & distributer’s sales, best selling
Items, sampling & auto sampling distribution, and merchandise costs.
- Generating an updated database for executed projects, and under processing projects.
- Creating and updating stock and cutting system.
- Negotiating for the best and lowest price with suppliers.
- Monitoring & examining inventory levels.
- Develop and implement purchasing and contract management instructions, policies, and
Procedures.
- Establishing foreign suppliers and regional distributers.
- Keeping filling system.
Providing world class service to customers, distributers, manufactures, and field sales.
- Receiving projects, plans & drawings from customers.
- Forwarding projects, plans, & drawings to the engineering department in order to arrange for
complete study for the customer file.
- Provide accurate customers order acknowledgment dates to establish lead times for quotations
and phone inquiries.
- Formulating a P.O to our supplier including (qty, materials type, delivery date, plans, and
drawings).
- Processing the supplier offer, and preparing a sales quotation to the customers along with the
needed plans and drawings after study.
- Processing customer's inquiries complains and credit memo.
- Arranging for bank transfers and stand by letter of credit opening.
- Lunching & following up land and sea freight shipments.
- Making Monthly reports to the managerial level about orders, profits & customer accounts status.
Note: in Scaffco Company I was helping lunching the business in accordance with my main position in ECC Group as Purchasing Department Supervisor.
Responsible for Office Management, making arrangements for meetings and diary management.
- Analyzing all upcoming projects, processing them in order to deal with the client's requirements.
- Preparing monthly reports.
- Provide administrative assistance to the Manager and schedule internal & external meeting.

- Scan all outgoing documentations and save as per filing procedure.
- Liaise with other associated departments.
- Work effectively with internal colleagues to ensure the department is creditable.
