satisfactorily.
-Coordinating the butler team by solving their problems and listening to their complaints
to take the necessary measurments.
-Accurately uploading patient and guest orders into the system, maintaining strong
attention to detail and their preferences.
-Managing and resolving patient issues with empathy, professionalism, and effective
problem-solving skills.
-Visiting patients rooms when required to personally address and resolve concerns. -
Preparing and arranging amenities for special and VIP rooms, ensuring compliance with
hospitality standards and timely delivery.
