• Selected out of 25 division members to help shape new relationship management function in direct sales unit; Managed relationships with clients holding senior managerial positions and above with monthly salaries of 5000 and more; offered those key clients tailored services such as on-site banking, mobile banking, special online services, faster access to new product lines.
• Established mechanisms for relationship management such as monthly updates on new products and services, monthly review meetings, special giveaways, certificates of appreciation and sponsorships; Achieved 130% of overall annual target for new accounts by convincing over 1, 200 clients to open accounts with or to switch to KFH.
• Established deal with Ministry of Defense despite regulatory difficulties that gave KFH access to ministry premises and allowed KFH to attract 120 new customers on average per month.
• Built relationship with a foreign Logistics Army General; convinced him to move his country’s deposits in Kuwait to KFH and persuaded him to open salary accounts for all his soldiers which led soldiers to transfer their accounts to KFH.
• Appointed liaison between KFH and The Public Authority for Applied Education and Training (PAAET), second largest public education facility in Kuwait; Responsible for dispatching and managing KFH PAAET sales team of 6 members.
