Cleaned tables everyday before the opening, and after the closing, as well as maintaining the cleanliness of tables, and ashtrays.
Taking orders from customers and making sure their bowl of nuts is never empty.
Passing by each table every five minutes to make sure there are coasters under each glass to keep the table clean and dry, as well as checking for their bowl of nuts.
Running from the kitchen to the bar whenever I'm required to.
Taking theoretical lessons about alcohol from the bartender whenever I'm allowed to by the bar manager, to increase my general knowledge, and to achieve a higher position later on.
Always ready for rush hours, over time, and working 7 days a week if my co-workers were under too much pressure.
