-Provide advice and input into project management and
development processes, including concept design, planning
and approval, detailed design, tender, construction,
commissioning, and transitioning.
-Coordinate both on and off-site resources to support
successful project delivery.
-Implement and maintain currency of Risk Management Plans
(RMP), monitoring the completion of and journey towards
identified project delivery milestones, including the early
identification of potential obstacles to success and possible
solutions to avert or mitigate such issues.
- Support the development and delivery of change projects in
compliance with organisational processes and procedures,
including managing tactical change and risks within the
project life cycle for allocated schemes.
- Monitor the completion of and journey towards identified
project delivery milestones, including the early identification
of potential obstacles to success and possible solutions to
avert or mitigate such issues, providing detailed scheduled
and ad hoc reports on issues, including project budget, and
forecast cash flows/milestones
-Develop, promote, and improve the preventative and
corrective maintenance methods and plan, based on team
experience and Operation and Maintenance Manuals
-Support infrastructure team in the mobilisation of the new
line (CSELR Sydney)
- Reporting of events and technical issues raised/solved on
the project
- Implement the railway safety policy and ensure the railway
safety of the system infrastructure
- Monitor availability, reliability, and technical indicators
(contractual and internal)
- Coordinate maintenance works with contractors and ensure
technical integrity of the system’s infrastructure
-Track and improve asset management plan on Maximo and
SAP for all maintenance activities
