• Worked on developing 2D conceptual plans / sections for residential and commercial projects.
• Created a building permit according to Beirut, Lebanon building code and submitted it to the municipality.
• Worked on renovating an existing building in Ras Beirut by implementing a passive sustainable design.
• Prepared presentations for clients and participated in meetings for discussion of ideas, objectives, requirements, and budget of projects.

• Conducted Research on co-working spaces that focus on three main aspects: 1. Existing & new typologies, 2. Design, circulation, programs, and furniture, 3. Spatial, branding, digital, and marketing strategies.
• Prepared and coordinated the presentations to the client and maintained relationships with them.
• Used Rhinoceros 3D software to develop conceptual drawings of new co-working spaces design.
