• Ensure that sufficient funds are available to meet ongoing operational and capital investment requirements.
• Forecast cash flow positions, related borrowing needs, and available funds for investment.
• Coordinates banking relationships, duly arranging for opening and maintaining the required number of bank accounts and managing financing facilities with banks as necessitated by the funding plan, and reviews all bank interest and charges calculation to ensure consistency with the agreed upon terms
• Handles all types of Trade Finance transactions (IDCs, LCs or LGs) with all banks. Serves as the primary point of contact regarding all trade finance transactions.
• Performing bank reconciliations on a monthly basis by monitoring the bank statement and reconciling with the general ledger to book any necessary charges and clear any unassigned items.
• Acting as an intermediate between the auditors and the company, by being their person in contact, handling all their requests and communicating with different departments to answer any inquiries or obtain analysis in question to ensure audit feedback is maintained in a timely manner in line with the auditor’s audit plan.
-Spreading and analyzing historical, budget and projected financials
-Compare liquidity, profitability, and credit histories of clients being evaluated with similar establishments to determine risks.
-Assessing, analyzing and interpreting complicated financial information.
-Complete loan applications, including credit analysis and summaries of loan requests, and submit to loan committees for approval.
-Compile reports regarding finance and credit data.
-Regular review of credit worthiness of clients using credit grading techniques
-Assist customers with their everyday banking needs; withdrawals, deposits, transfers, currency exchange, etc…
-Utilize every chance to highlight and products to customers, cross-sell to them, and resolve any issues they may have
-Accepts and process cash deposits to opened accounts (current, saving, checking, overdraft, GL)
-Exchange foreign currencies to the established dealers rates
-Ensure the correct functioning and implementation of the permanent supervision, compliance and money laundering, operational risk and workplace success guidelines whenever and wherever possible
