Responsible for the client service team. Assuring clients' satisfaction at all times whether its a pitch or on going on ground activation. Aiding in defining the market and hence potential clients. Handling and being involved for the overall strategy and goals of the company.
Mainly responsible on the digital media plans for existing clients and potentials clients in addition acquiring new business. Involved in the overall strategy of clients and pitches. Moreover getting involved in the organisational structure and overall performance.
Managing accounts and coming up with their creative plan in the digital world, covering social media, applications, online advertising and digital marketing solutions.
Getting potential clients and responsible for working on their website and online media plan.
Handling Clients and agencies where providing them about updates and latest grids in addition to finishing deals. Working as a liaison between the channels and clients in order to make sure all clients deals are as per agreed in addition to trying to get more potential clients.
Based in Cairo Office, I was responsible for all the marketing collaterals in addition to the PR of the hotel. Including events, press releases, advertising, promotions, press trips, etc.
