* Processing the leave applications, salary advance request etc.. all the employees request
* Following up regarding the health certificate for employees
* Handling all the increments request
* Handling the performance appraisal for employees
* Preparing the attendance for all Al Hazm employees
* Preparing schedule for operation employees
* Making sure the employees are following the rules in Alhazm
* Handling the transportation and accommodation of employees
Develops and coordinates database for computerization of benefit area records and programs
serves as liaison with State Retirement Division in their computerization efforts.
* Counsels and assists employees in selecting a retirement plan
* Defining a fair, equitable and competitive total compensation and benefits package
* Typing email correspondence in English and Arabic
* Document control and filling.
* Coordinate with the management and other head of departments at all times, and assist in carrying
out special requirements.
* Schedule weekly staff meeting, provide and follow up with minutes and agenda for each weekly
meeting
* Evaluate current operational performance and provide strategic plan for improvements.
