Assist in creating and maintaining a quality department in within Huawei’s Premises in Dubai.

Managed performance functions for division including KPI measurement, processes, procedures, SLAs/OLAs for division, budgeting, risk analysis and gap analysis. Assisted in determination of operational goals/plans as well as developed analyzed reports.

Maintenance, Implementation, troubleshooting, reporting as well as interacting with International carriers
• Interact and communicate with International and Wholesale department s, other cable station parties, carriers, equipment vendors, and other company departments, involving an exchange of detailed, technical information.
• Implementing and performing E2E signalling and switching tests with the different international carriers, fixed and mobile network.
• Working with other verticals and project/planning teams for timely completion of new projects to start provisioning the services.
Achievements: Successfully delivered 3 projects during my service.
Provide expertise in legacy and next generation switching; architecture, signaling protocols, networking and call processing, routing and translation, lab testing and operational support.
• Prepare technical documentation of all system components and technologies; operations processes. Design operations flowcharts.
• Configure, implement and document comprehensive maintenance plans including backup, alarms monitoring, disaster and manual system recovery.
• Liaison with teams involved such as the projects team, Data Network and Switching teams for new deployments and projects, as well as system wide changes and problem solutions.
Achievements: Customer Migration from legacy softswitch, enabling better customer experience.
