• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with applicable
accounting standards.
• Reconciliating bank accounts, payment gateways, insurance settlements, and petty cash
balances.
• Monitoring clinic revenues, expenses, cash flow, and reporting variances to management.
• Overseeing patient billing processes, ensuring accuracy of treatment charges, discounts,
and payment postings.
• Coordinating with insurance companies regarding claims submission, approvals, rejections,
and reconciliations.
• Follow up on outstanding patient balances and insurance receivables to ensure timely
collection.
• Maintaining confidentiality and compliance with healthcare billing regulations

• Verifying and processing freight invoices, port charges, customs duties, and vendor
payments in accordance with company policies and financial controls.
• Preparing detailed cost analyses for shipments, including freight rates, handling fees,
insurance premiums, and other logistic-related expenses.
• Tracking receivables related to logistics operations and coordinating with the Finance
Department to ensure timely collection and reconciliation.
• Supporting the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and financial reports related to logistics
activities.
• Overseeing and coordinating end-to-end shipping activities, including booking, scheduling,
documentation, and cargo tracking, to ensure timely and efficient delivery of shipments.
• Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, customs brokers, port authorities, and
transport providers to resolve operational issues and prevent service disruptions.
• Reviewing and validating all shipping documentation—such as Bills of Lading, commercial
invoices, packing lists, certificates of origin, and manifests- to ensure accuracy and
compliance with international trade regulations.

• Ensuring every customer interaction begins with the standard service greeting to uphold
service quality standards. Provide the daily service indicators report and obtain customer
satisfaction confirmation, along with any suggestions for service improvement, before they
leave the branch.
• Recommending suitable products based on each customers potential, while maintaining
strong customer relationships. Support the growth of the customer base by securing NTB
referrals from walk‑in customers whenever possible.
• Guiding customers toward alternative service channels to help reduce branch congestion
and enhance their overall perception and experience across all available service channels.
• Supporting the updating of KYC documentation by directing customers with outdated or
incomplete information to the appropriate team for follow‑up.
• Managing the queueing system effectively by understanding and addressing customer
inquiries and requests, ensuring a smooth experience, and achieving high levels of customer
satisfaction.
• Conducting customer satisfaction surveys to assess and measure their levels of satisfaction.
