-The project's goal is to improve overall quality of bottled drinking water by reducing defect rate in zulal water factory
-Collaborated with cross functional teams (production, quality, sales, customer service) to ensure goal alignment and smooth execution of process improvements
-Scheduled regular meetings with cross functional teams to update progress, timeline and address challenges
-Applied Lean Six Sigma methodology, DMAIC, and DOE to identify bottleneck and its root cause and brainstorm innovative solution to optimize production process
-Collect and analyze sales, quality and production data using Microsoft Excel and report findings to stakeholders
-As a result, defect rate and production cost were reduced by 70% and 20% which improved quality, operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
-Present our project and findings to examiner committee

• Collect and analyze data to improve productivity in order fulfillment process using Excel
• Prepare presentation on streamlining customer shopping journey using Microsoft PowerPoint
• Develop SOP documents to train operators on the new process using Microsoft Word
• Gain knowledge on WMS and product return management to ensure operational efficiency and customer satisfaction
• Support general administrative tasks such as reviewing, updating, and maintaining customer and supplier records on Excel
