• Managed the development of a Blockchain strategy and operating model for a leading
government entity in the GCC, selected customer services for Blockchain enablement, developed
service design and functional requirements, oversaw the development of technical requirements
• Managed the strategy update for a leading agri fund in the GCC seeking to expand the national
agri sector along the supply chain; established a financial and strategic case to request
additional funding of $10Mn from the Prime Minister.
• Developed an innovation strategy for a leading telecom regulator in the GCC, developed
innovation process, governance mechanisms, and defined technology and culture enablers
• Led the setup of an Office of Strategy Management for a government entity driving a national
smart transformation in the GCC; developed strategy maps embracing innovation for the Office
and cascaded them across internal establishments that enable innovation across government
• Led an international ideation workshop to catalyze the culture sector of a GCC country. Prepared
and facilitated ideation workshop with both local and international experts to come up with new

of Interior in the GCC, defined functions, roles and responsibilities, and developed governance

design, managing a large set of stakeholders, and building consensus.
• Led the setup of a PMO for a mega program authority in the GCC; led the development of
project module charters, project plan, and budget. Developed management tools, processes,
and templates. Assisted key stakeholders in vendor selection. Ensured program oversight.
• Managed marketing initiatives, including a MENA newsleter that increased viewership by ~33%
and covered disruptive technologies such as machine learning in government, AI in healthcare
during COVID-19, and post-COVID digitization, while engaging with leadership for buy-in.

By positioning itself as the "Massage Envy of nail salons, " Ezza promises a distinctive and branded experience that caters specifically to the needs of today’s on-the-go women.

In pursuit of this vision, I participated in a rigorous 10-week user-centric design initiative during the 2016 Polsky Accelerator Program. This extensive program focused on deepening our understanding of customer needs, preferences, and pain points in nail care services. By leveraging this valuable user feedback, we were able to design an innovative service model that not only satisfies but delights customers, changing the way they perceive and experience nail care.
