-Dealing with clients and gather their requirements from the new system
- Analyzing existing systems and provide client with solutions
-Analyzing new system requirements and preparing its complete SRS Document, test procedures, and quality standards.
-Define the goals of the system and devise flow charts and diagrams describing logical operational steps of programs
-Design system forms and GUIs
-Working closely with computer programmers and supervise them
-Apply business testing on new system
-Give Training Sessions to end users about any new feature on the existing system or about the new system
tools.
Investigate customer problems referred by technical support.
Conduct historical analyses of test results.
Perform initial debugging procedures by reviewing configuration files, logs, or code pieces to determine breakdown source.
Evaluate or recommend software for testing or bug tracking.
Coordinate user or third party testing.
Collaborate with field staff or customers to evaluate or diagnose problems and recommend possible solution
Make calls with customer for several purposes:
1- Promote products
2- Invite them to attend specific events
3-Make statistics
4-Informe them about their financial obligations
