Logistics Responsibilities:

1) Issuing purchase orders, invoices, packing lists, Certificate of origin, Bill of lading, no
objection letters and certificate of analysis.

2) Trace, track and expedite purchase processes.

3) Interact with third party logistics service providers.
4) Audit freight cost and documentation.

5) Ensure accuracy of all shipments.

6) Coordinate deliveries for shipments on time.

7) Ensure all payments are processed in time.

8) Update shipment information in database.

9) Organize files both manually and electronically.

10) Banking transactions and documents collection from the bank.


HR Responsibilities:

1) The daily attendance and departure of the employees follow up.

2) Letters of staff: experience certificates, or salary slips, bank letters, warnings and alerts, employee’s end of services.


3) Save and follow-up personnel files and updated.

4) Allowance and entitlements as of; leaves, departures, bonuses or any salary deduction for any of the employees.


5) The preparation and auditing of payroll and all the procedures.
