• Dealing with international & local companies as (Saudi Electricity Co., El Maraai, Kharafi National) in several fields
• Receive all the job applications, sort and classify based on each profession and store in database for retrieval as and when required.
• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internally and externally.
• Analyzing the requisites of the opportunity as per the requirement.
• Preparing the job Advertisement, Searching for the proper candidates among many sources database, social Networks, Head Hunt, referrals
• Communicating with the short listed candidates through telephone screening.
• Organizing workshop interviews; Scheduling, organizing and follow-ups with the candidates until they complete all the rounds of interview then preparing report for the workshop results.
• Submit job offers for successful candidates.
• Preparing working monthly reports.
• Screening and filtering resumes..
• Responsible for Recruitment & Selection process (advertising, recruiting, transferring and Exit interview) Submit candidates’ offers.
• Conduct orientation program for newly hired candidates
• Update company organization charts.
• Assist in updating the company's HR policies and procedures.
• Assist in the job analysis process and developing job descriptions.
• Identify training needs of the staff in collaboration with line managers.
• Evaluate and control the quality of all training programs in order to ensure the efficiency of the training.
• Preparing a monthly report for the recruitment status.
• Coordinate the internal Communication to ensure full compliance for all HR processes.
• Responsible for administrative work related to HR department.
• Responsible for the monthly Time Sheets.
• Follow up all administrative tasks required to facilitate the workflow.
• Attend meetings to record minutes.
• Open, sort, and distribute incoming correspondence, including faxes and email.
• Prepare responses to correspondence containing routine inquiries.
• File and retrieve corporate documents, records, and reports.
• Answer phone calls and direct calls to appropriate parties or take messages.
• Prepare invoices, reports, memos, letters, financial statements and other documents.
• Reserving hotels, flights and other booking.
• Responsible for the Newsletter.
Collecting Data about competitors and promotional materials.
Scanning materials and brochures collected for further reference.
Analysis and summarizing of the Data collected.
Conducting customer visits and filling the Market Survey Questionnaire
