• Prepared the chart of accounts in the company ERP system from Pixel software.
• Setup the company General Ledger and Tracked all operational expenses for their contractor work in all their projects.
• Prepared Accounting data for all project managers for tracking their project expenses.

• Financial Analysis and Audit of client Budgets and Income statements and Balance sheets.
• External Auditor on Annual and Quarter reports of all customers.
• Preparation of Annual and Quarter reports to Public Tax Authorities.
• Carry out year-end closing tasks.

• Manage daily accounting activities in Accounts payable and Accounts receivable.
• Prepare and Run Monthly Payroll data company wide.
• Maintain Daily data in the System General Ledger.
• Conduct Costing/Revenue/.Analysis for each accounting group in the chart of Accounts.
