Key responsibilities reporting to CEO:

• Responsible for Technical & design employees structure in Head Office, Production & Site Projects

• Support the Project Managers on all Architectural Technical Issues during the design and construction stages.
• Observe & Insure full review on relevant matters of finishes items, (including but not limited to aluminum & glazing, joinery, ceilings, colours, landscape, architectural lighting, elevation …etc) all in the given timeline by the project manager.
• Provide design, interiors, or develop / criticize interior designs, for internal organizational spaces (such as sales centers, branches, and head office fit-out) as directed by the management.
• Full understanding & knowledge of technical review and ensuring all authority requirements are adhered to in all fit-out works -Fit out NOC’s,
• To keep clear and updated register and tracking system to all the processes and the documentation, and to report on weekly bases to the hierarchy.
• Control & manage all work duties & done within the mandated time bound of the tenancy manual.
• Observe & Insure full coordination with other internal departmental personnel, and retain clear record of communications and statuses.
• Develop Procurement management strategy OS&E & FF&E & Creative Design Management for new opening projects
