My role was to perform all Functional and non-Functional testing for PAAET Educational Systems, also conduct all UAT and user training sessions, and develop all testing and end-user documentations
I Used to work for Xcite.com Ecommerce site
1- Perform all user Acceptance testing required for each new release of the site front-end and Backend.
2- Provide all user documentation for end Users (Xcite administrators).
3- Product Business Audit for Admin Platform.
4- Prepare UAT meetings for top management Responsible.
5- Lead other quality control team members.
Work as a Quality assurance engineer who is responsible for ensuring that business processes work probably.
