I got promoted to the Student Achievement Manager Role, this role included 3 main aspects
which is Student Support and Interventions, Leading the teaching team and Quality
assurance responsibilities related to teachers’ performance and ensure development of
teachers within the teams through observations and application of CPD, the quality of the
students’ work and contribute to the development and implementation of the College’s
operational curriculum and quality plans
Business Lecturer for two academic year
this programme I was able to get an understanding and gain skills in key business management and IT subjects at Masters Level. The course also covers design and development of IT systems, the management of IT projects, business organisation and strategy, project leadership and e-commerce. The digital economy and the development of business applications.
