My colleague and I was taking attendances for several programs, including the Aramco sustainability ambassador program also LDP, which is learning, development and preformance, in order to make sure that everyone is present and that we don’t forget anyone. It was 4 days and I learned a lot from it, for example, how to be quick and do things quickly for 20 minutes and put them in the presentation then talk about it in 2 minutes

I also did, in cooperation with my colleagues, that one of us puts all the programs and dates in Microsoft Excel, then we print them and sit together to review and check it so that there is no error. Moreover, I learned how to do data analysis

did a research about circular carbon economy in Microsoft Office, the Supervisor asked me to put 5 W's of questions on it to make it as an essay, so I searched for it a lot and in depth. I made a presentation about the ADDIE model and they are; analysis, design, development, implementation and evaluation I had to research a lot and talk about each one of how we can use it in life and other things step by step. Finally, I listened to the advice’s of the Supervisor, including that ask many questions and develop my communication skills by talking to the employees so that they know me well, now I am excellent in communication
