Highlights:

• Manage the branding and promotional aspect of each event in coordination with the marketing team.
• Plan and prepare all CEO/ Executive exposure outside RCMC in international events.
• Ensure effective coordination with internal and external stakeholders, plus coordinate with senior management to prepare the annual events budget.

• Worked as a part of the team that launched the Ministry of National Guard Health Affairs electronic magazine.
• Established the "Special Needs" event and managed it for 3 years, along with the annual magazine.

• Led the automation of all department requests and activated SMS services for VIP invitations.
