-Carrying out recruitment activities including posting and advertising vacancies, resume search and filtering, and candidate selection activities.
-Develop and improve organizational HR policy, regulations, and objectives.
-Monitor daily attendance and compile weekly reminders and monthly reports on attendance status.
-Schedule and attend interviews including HR interviews, technical interviews, and final interviews.
-Organize corporate events including employee gatherings, farewells, birthdays, annual meetings, etc.
-Handle corporate announcements, including greetings, announcement for national holidays and special occasions.
-Maintain rapport and open communication channel with all employees.
-Receive employee feedback and complaints, and escalate it to managing director.
-Handle Medical insurance set up and negotiate packages.
- Lead the creation of a recruiting and interviewing plan for each open position. - Efficiently and effectively fill open positions
- Develop a pool of qualified candidates in advance of need.
- Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting - Utilize the Internet for recruitment.
- Communicate with managers and employees regularly to establish rapport, gauge morale, and source new candidate leads.

- Entering the new student’s information. - Tracking the application documents.
- Offer high quality customer service to the current and potential families of the institute in person and over the telephone.
- Leading Campus tours. - Generating admissions letters.
- Maintain the inventory of the admissions materials including applications, letters and the publications.
- Organizing Monthly trips.
