Working as Service Engineer (FURMANITE) at Al Masaood Oil and Gas Co Abu Dhabi UAE, with the Following Duties & Responsibilities,
1- Meetings with clients for tentative jobs, site surveys, project management and project reports
2- On-site Hot Tapping, Leak Sealing, Pipe Freezing, Valve Testing & calibration, and On-Site Machining.
Engineering Analysis and Job Evaluation.
3- Site survey and investigation at onshore and offshore.
4- Field problem solving by coordinating with the team.
5- Prepare/verify the job report for the Customer after the completion of the Project.
6- Calculate, designing and developing online leak sealing clamps
7- Design Leak Sealing Clamps using AutoCAD 2D, 3D, and Advanced 3Ds MAX.

Requested from BAKER HUGHES COMPANY To design a rotating Liner hanger system that is used for well completion. The current TORXS Liner hanger system is to be modified so it is capable of rotating during the cementing operation providing a good cement job.
The objectives set to achieve the by the end of the project were as follows:
• Understanding-to review the current system in detail and achieve an appropriate solution for the task that is to design a rotating liner hanger system.
• Designing-It would involve the conceptual design for the modified system involving the appropriate bearing selection that would provide a suitable result.
• Calculations-the required calculation will be carried out to prove and authenticate the design. The calculations will be carried out according to the client's requirement
• Simulation and CAD drawings- The simulation for the stress analysis will be carried out on abaqus and the final drawing of the design of the liner hanger will also be generated.
• Brief Manufacturing and feasibility study- The study would involve in depth analysis of the manufacturing requirements and the feasibility study will also be provided to the client.
Flywheel Energy Storage System for Wind Turbine.
The Objectives set to be achieved by the end of the Project:
• Design a flywheel energy storage system.
• Analysis of the charge and discharge system.
• Control and Simulation of flywheel energy storage
• Control and Simulation using MATLAB interface
Training on the Dealing & Measurement process of production.
Training on fishing lift process (chemical cutter and mechanical pipe cutter methods)
Test and measurement of different hydraulic and mechanical tools.
Lead activities in maintenance laboratory.
