o Integrate daily POS sales into the accounting software to ensure the recording of daily sales.
o Book and control daily and systematically all POS sales journals to ensure the completeness of sales.
o Perform monthly reconciliation to POS accounts to ensure the completeness and existence of information.
o Control and book credit card operations for POS to ensure completeness of sales transaction recording.
o Collect and count cash received for daily POS sales and book it to ensure accuracy and completeness of sales transactions.
o Responsible for recording and reconciling the financial transactions of the POS ecommerce shop.
o Review and control the POS account balance and follow up on any discrepancy to ensure the accuracy of the balance.
o Reconcile petty cash balance and validate its components to ensure accuracy, completeness and existence.
o Reconcile the credit card account (CCM) and validate the month and balance to ensure completeness and existence of information.
