Business Development:
- Explore, identify and analysis strategic growth opportunities for the company.
- Creates custom reports and generates standard reports for management and sales staff.
- Keeping track of the sales pipeline and their work Vs the budget for the upcoming month with the sales & reservation department.
- Find new business partners for the company
- Tracking, reporting & analyzing reservations and revenue for both retail and corporate.
Marketing:
- Provide market & customer insights thru market research.
- Help create and maintain a marketing plan for a new or an existing service with researching marketing opportunities on Social Media & Google.
- Budget & measure performance of both online & offline marketing campaigns.
- Monitor budget distribution and performance of paid ad campaigns & booted posts on SM & the ROI.
- Analyzes the techniques and successes of the competition in the market.
Customer Excellence:
- Conducting stations audit, mystery shopping & surveys for the purpose of customer satisfaction & process improvement.
- Complain and call center handling, tracking, reporting & analyzing.
- Keeping track of customer journeys, interacting with customers across channels and platform.
- A constant communication and follow up between the GM and other department’s managers
- Assisting the GM in organizing Meetings, Mail correspondence and performance appraisals for top management.
- Following up with GM for important tasks and deadlines
- Document Control - managing databases and filing system.
- Assisting GM for assembling the Managers KPIS & Budget tracking for all departments.
- Booking and arranging travel, transport and accommodation for business Travels.
- Monthly Progress report for all departments regarding their Action Plans.
- Fleet Monthly closure for corporate customers following with Payment collection progress and action
- Follow up and monitor operational activities & maintain the data into the internal system with weekly/monthly reports.
- Analysis for all sort of Reports and Annex’s for the department
- Customer complaints recorded, filled and followed up with solving operational obstacles
- Making and tracking of Budget for the department
- Making outbound packages.
- Marketing packages on social media.
- Keeping track of the customer database.
- Assist customers with planning, booking reservations process, and payments and send the details and confirmation to the guest.
