• Set the process indicators for monitoring the departments of supply chain e.g. Planning, Logistics, Procurement and warehouses.
• Follow up the raw material supply from foreign sources.
• Follow up the stocks to insure sufficient levels.
• Coordinate the export and import shipments with Mother Company in Turkey.

• Manage Supply chain Departments which is serving seven deferent Factories producing: Juice, Milk, Cheese, Ghee and Butter.
• Set the process indicators for monitoring the departments of supply chain e.g. Planning, Logistics, Procurement and warehouses.
• Supervise and support the effective implementation of SAP in factories and supply chain.
• Review organization restructure for Supply chain hierarchy.
• Review the new investment projects as new manufacturing lines installments, increasing the warehouse capacity.
• Review and approve suppliers' contracts. And monitor the implementation of related payment terms and effect on COGS.

-Manage Supply chain Departments; Procurement, Planning, Manufacturing, Warehouses and Logistics.
-Review yearly and monthly supply chain expenses and compare them with approved budget.
-Follow up supply chain KPI’s.
-Review and follow up the development projects which related to cost reduction and production development.

•Manage all company-wide, Safety/Quality Assurance/Quality Control policies, procedures, processes, programs, and practices, to assure the company conformance to appropriate standards and regulations.
•Interact with Production and Development teams to maintain product supply and help introduce new products.
•Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers.
•Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary.
•Lead ISO 9001, 14001 and 18001 audits by internal audit team.
•Apply process improvement methodologies as Lean, Six Sigma to reduce the waste and assure a good quality performance.
•Plan for Training activities as in job, internal and consultancy training for Quality Systems.
•Improve the skills for quality auditors and controllers for better performance.
•Liaising with customers’ auditors and ensuring the execution of corrective action and compliance with customers’ specifications.

•Ensure that the budget plan is prepared to achieve the top management targets and objectives.
•Ensure that the material requirement plan is set according to the budget needs.
•Set the department objectives with the planning manager for the subordinates and follow up the achievements.
•Follow up and coordinate the factory operations with production, purchasing and sales departments.
•Follow up the launching of new products and promotions.

•Responsible for achieving the production plan on-time and transferring the product to Sales Department.
•Measure machine effectiveness and productivity through measures of Overall Assets Effectiveness (OAEII).
•Report the necessary action required for improving machines performance and set the purchasing order required for mechanical spare parts based on the standard drawings.
•Responsible for the implementation of Preventive Maintenance tasks on time and according to the planned schedule.
•Provide and calculate Mean Time between Failure (MTBF) to maintenance engineering Dept. and Carbon/Zinc Technical Support Group (CZTSG).
•Improve safety performance by establishing a uniform understanding of Safety Polices.
•Coordinate with Lean Team members in all continuous improvement projects “Kaizen Events”.
•Supervise and facilitate all 5S Activities.
•Member of Lean Office Team “LOT” to Follow up on implementation of Lean activities Vs standards and review with Value Stream Leader Small "K" events to pursuit continuous improvement.
