My duties / responsibilities in this role included:
• Covering REGIONAL ACCOUNTS (FACES 10 doors, SEPHORA 10 doors & Al Shaya 8 doors) and flagships doors (Robinsons & Harvey Nichols)
• Following up with Key customers all things relating orders for All KSA Doors (replenishment orders, new items, price updates, Barcodes updates … etc)
• Leading BAs Team (25 team members) learning them & support for the all issue in retail with a daily visit to the stores & weekly meeting.
• Daily follow up for the sell-in & sell-out for each door & giving solution to increase the sell-out & improve the ranking in the stores,
• Checking perfumes display as per the planogram, Pricing, Stocks availability & Testers availability.
• Taking best location through relationship in some main stores.
• Follow up balance conformation & payment with some key customers & flagships stores.
• Supervising on installation podiums & animations or any new counters to insure the good quality.
• Reporting and presentations for top management.

• Distribute the target on sales representatives on geographical and client basis.
• Sales planning (budgeting, forecasting, etc).
• Follow up on sales men and target achievement.
• Communication activities with top clients in addition to advertisement planning.
• Coordination with merchandisers and suppliers.
• Reporting and presentations for top management.
• Following up customer orders starting from ordering to delivery deadline.
• Additional tasks including goods inventory and accounting minor activities.
