Self Correspondence, Maintaining the all administrative work related to department, Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time, Issuing local purchase order (LPO), Supervising company’s Transportation, Logistics and Mail services, Handling commercial correspondence including preparation of bids/quotes.
Self Correspondence.
Execution and monitoring of all regular purchasing duties.
Assist the Purchasing Manager in managing and following up overseas orders.
Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data in the system.
Prepare reports and summarize data for the Purchasing Manager. Schedule store visits and coordinate with inventory.
Coordinate with Project Managers and suppliers to ensure the quality and specification of material from product to product to match with the requisition.
Coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
Issuing local purchase order (LPO) using ERP (Oracle). Ensuring that documents in accordance with company policies and procedures and it will charge to right charge of account.
Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site/store on time.
Source, select and negotiate for the best purchase package in terms of quality, price, terms, deliveries and services with suppliers.
Negotiate for best purchasing package (in terms of quality, price, term, delivery and service) with suppliers and sub-contractors assigned.
