• Perform daily routine accounting activities such as, recording payments, receipts, credit invoices from suppliers and to customers. Verification of Payroll, leave settlements and final settlements of staffs. Accounting salaries from Payroll, leave settlement, final settlement, and executing the salary transfers and settlements through banks. Monitoring additions and disposal of Fixed Assets and monthly allocation of depreciation on Fixed Assets.
• Manage the month-end closure of accounts that ensures all financial transactions have been accounted properly.
• Ensure all customers and vendors accounts are reconciled in time, if any disagreements, resolving the issues with the coordination with Salesmen and procurement division.
• Ensure the proper closure of Imprest accounts of Staffs.
• Ensure the monthly reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Involved in branch accounting
• Reporting to Finance Manager.
• Coordinating with internal and external auditors.
Maintaining accounting records and preparing effective accounts and
Management information. (PL, BS& income statement for particular branch)
· Reconciliation of Bank Accounts, Exporter s accounts.
