Plan & organize manpower on daily basis, organize day-off schedules in coordination with the store.
•Systematically working with WMS and RWMS.
•Verification of incoming & outgoing shipment and ensure all documents are complete & accurate, keeping store inventory current and updated.
•Monitor the receiving, picking and issues are being carried out with accuracy
•Monitor & ensure stocks are issued as per the requisitions and ensure the FIFO process is observed during stock issuance.
•Monitor the expiry monitoring report and ensure the damage or expired items are quarantined in the designated area.
•Maintain the records of damaged or expired items clearance.
•Examines the stocks & investigate discrepancies identify & resolve problems and report in a timely manner, gather & analyze information skillfully; develop solution.
•Coordinate with the studio on the coming shipment to ensure smooth receiving Of Brand.
