• Reviewing relative documents and preparing legal due diligence reports.
• Reviewing, drafting and amending transaction documents including without limitation the share/quota purchase agreements, shareholders agreement and the relevant ancillary agreements, letters and documents such as but not limited to management agreements, disclosure letters and waivers.
• Attending meetings with clients and advising on the legal merits of the transactions as well as the relative legal procedures and expected timelines.

• Advising on and drafting settlement agreements to be reviewed and accepted by the courts.
• Drafting, reviewing and amending commercial agreements including without limitation agency agreements, franchise agreements, supply agreements, distribution agreements, off-take agreements, cost sharing agreements, usufruct agreements and technology licenses agreement.
• Drafting bylaws, internal regulations, womens regulations, privacy policies, user terms and conditions and membership rules.
• Reviewing partnership agreements taking into consideration the commercial interests of the clients.
• Advising on the procedure and timeline of obtaining presidential pardons.
• Drafting, reviewing and translating court documents.
• Assisting in legal research pertaining to several matters.
• Preparing legal memorandums on the applicability of various provisions of the Egyptian laws and regulations.
• Drafting letters addressed to Egyptian administrative entities and authorities.
