During my tenure at Antony International Solutions, a U.S. based staffing and recruitment firm, I worked extensively in talent acquisition, recruitment operations, and candidate sourcing, supporting multiple client accounts across various industries. As a Sourcer and later as a Flex Recruiting Associate, I was responsible for identifying, attracting, and engaging qualified candidates for technical and non-technical positions ranging from entry-level professionals to senior leadership roles.
