Residential Development at Mirdif (Construction of 122 Villas

Perform all daily inspection and test of the scope necessary to achieve the quality of construction required in the drawings
and specification for all works.
Carry out inspection and checking for all quality related procedures in the site and ensures activity at site are as per
approved method of statement.
Preparing closing of Nonconformance and Site observation note if required. Issuing Nonconformance report to sub-
contractor for quality concerns.
Report to the project manager, control and monitor all the activity related to quality, material Submittals to consultant.
Taking care of all the QA/QC documents of the project including certificates, calibration inspection request, Non-compliance
reports, site instruction/observations, material test reports, permanent material delivered and other QA/QC documents.
Maintaining all the records of concrete pouring, supervision of reinforcement bar, form works and concrete pouring.
Perform Quality Control by means of checks, material testing and inspection in accordance with specifications, inspection
test plan (I.T.P) and approved drawings.
Conducting pre-pouring inspections, checking parameters of concrete and witnessing pouring of concrete.
Witness field dry density test confirming the specification requirements.
Reviewing the WIR’s submitted by the Engineers and carrying out internal inspection prior to consultant inspection.
Ensuring the approved design pattern is executed for the Hardscape works such as Installation of Bollards, Interlock paving,
Granite paving, laying of gravel, kerb stone installation and street furniture installation.

Overseeing the laboratory & Site operations and ensuring that all testing is executed in line with followed standards and
compliance with company policies & procedures for safety and integrity.
Ensuring the adherence to the desired technical standards and staying up to date with new technologies and developments.
Directing and advising the site and lab technician teams.
Establishing or adjusting work procedures to meet testing schedules.
Taking responsibility of the calibration and maintenance of all laboratory equipment.
Conducting field sampling, testing, and non-destructive testing for Aggregate, Soil, Concrete and Asphalt.
Writing and reviewing technical reports for the Material Testing.
Training and mentoring Laboratory and Site technicians.
Planning and executing the material testing at site Lab as required.
Monitoring the materials used in the site for quality control.
Verifying the test reports with respect to the relevant standards.

Acting as the main technical adviser in the construction site for crafts people and operatives.
Executing the structural activities as per shop drawings.
Resolving any unexpected technical difficulties & other problems that may arise.
Overseeing the selection and requisition of materials for site.
Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
Preparation and reporting of daily report for resources and progress to the project manager.
Quantity surveying of materials required for the site.
