• Develop Logistic performance through the improvement of warehouse(s) processes, competencies and KPI in coordination with local Operations that support the company objectives :
• Manage Warehousing (incl Line replenishment) and Logistics activities in coordination with appropriate local Operations
• Manage inventory accuracy in all warehouse
• Manage the reception, storage, line replenishment, packaging and external shipment
• Measure and challenge the performance of the Logistic activities
• Deploy the processes/IT tools in Warehouses in coordination with BIS
• Continually improve the performance of the Warehouses & Operation delivery through the appropriate use of methodologies (APSYS)
• Ensure that personnel operate in an environment that complies with company Health, Safety and Environmental policies
• Develop annual budgets (Resources) and appropriate organisational structure that support the Logistic activities
• Develop and provide appropriate training for team members to enable them to improve and achieve their objectives whilst effectively contributing to business performance
• Manage the Equipment & Tools for the Construction project
