*Procurement of goods in the office eg, groceries and other items eg, School uniform for SRD's Social Relief of Distress, as well as drafting Specification of goods to be procured and analysis of goods to be procured with Grants unit Team-leader.
*Grv's Goods received vouchers for services rendered each month, as well as approval of Orders for delivery of goods by chosen supplier, after evaluation Bid Committee has evaluated, as well as ensuring that they are paid within a time period for invoicing 30days.
* Fleet management, repairs, service schedules as per travelled kilometres as well as balancing log return book and populating a Spreadsheet in order to write kilometres travelled month end for reporting, as well petrol usage consumption and constant monitoring of the trend petrol usage.
*Registry file referencing control movement form for file leaving Registry for monitoring purpose.
*Attending to OHS Occupational Health and Safety and ICT Helpdesk related tasks
