Lusail Infrastructure CP07B - 151 198 m² of built-up area and 11kV of power.
Project consisting of LRT station, five stories basement car park, tunnel, roads, bridges, pergolas, electrical substations and Landscape - Plaza designed by Foster and Partners.
Coordination of all areas of the Project. Review of the Project specifications (tender and contract) and their implementations in drawings. Reviewing “issued for construction” and “shop drawings” prior to submittal to the client. Following the implementation of required modifications. Compliance with International codes.
-Lighting design of architectural and urban projects, residential, commercial, hospitality, retail, parks, roads, street lighting.
-Construction details analysis as well as other technical considerations of the building in order to install the lighting systems in the most proper way.
-Managing of lighting projects (lighting calculations, photometric data, lighting renderings, selection of lighting fixtures, according to the technical and aesthetic requirements) through a team up to six lighting engineers.
-Technical support on site during the fixing, location design and installation of lighting systems
Reporting to General Manager
-Architectural and engineering design and execution of projects: new buildings and refurbishment, residential, commercial, offices.
-Design of Architectural projects (interior, exterior, landscape) along with lighting design.
-Lighting design integrated to architectural concept
-Supervision, execution and inspection on site
-Development of lighting design for architectural and urban projects
-Selection of lighting fixtures and lighting systems, as well as proper distribution of lighting in architectural and urban projects. Lighting calculations. Technical specifications of lighting products.
-Design, execution and supervision of construction of new buildings and refurbishments: residential, commercial, retail.
-Coordination with other disciplines: Civil Engineering, Electrical, Sanitary (Plumbing), Mechanical (A/C) and Data (CCTV)
-Schedule and time management (following the different scopes on the construction)
-Quick solution on site of any issue regarding technical and construction matters.
-Responsible for safety
Supervision of construction, electrical installations, sanitary, mechanical and data for a building with special requirements (technology, cleanness) to install high technology machinery for passport manufacture.
Responsibilities:
-Control of quality on the construction along with electrical, sanitary, mechanical, and data installations.
-Control of quality of material on site
-Architectural decisions, selections of finishing,
-Coordination with other disciplines to take decisions on site.
-Managing up to 30 labours and 7 engineers
-Design of exhibitions
-Creation of Museographic scripts
-Museum lighting design
-Interactive objects design.
Managing up to 15 technicians and 3 graphic designers
-Supervision on site, Development of the Project according to design through shop drawings.
-Coordination with other disciplines: Civil Engineering, Electrical, Plumbing, Mechanical (A/C).
-Representation of the client on site.
-Familiar with safety procedures
