Key Responsibilities:
• Managing multiple Systems with focus on information systems and software applications in areas that include electronic record systems, laboratory and clinical information management systems and computerized all manual systems.
• Owning all operational responsibilities of the Laboratory Information System including staff management and training, HIS and instrument interface installation and maintenance, HIS analysis, reporting and software upgrades.
• Providing active support in managing laboratory projects by understanding technical requirement and associated policies and procedures to ensure the team operates as per quality standards and is identified for its best practices.
• Realizing the current needs of the organization and implementing appropriate solutions for more practical and more cost-effective options that better meets business needs.
• Identifying and assessing emerging information technologies and the feasibility of system enhancements to determine potential value for the Hospital.
• Commanding issue resolution, streamlining workflow, and implementing new technologies. Generating performance reports by utilizing reports builder -Business Object, Microsoft Power BI and free hand SQL
• Demonstrating expertise as SharePoint Developer and supporting the creation of various forms using InfoPath, workflows with Nintex workflow 2010, development of custom web part, master page, sites, and pages in SharePoint Designer.
