In addition to my existing roles, I was assigned to be the company representative in the Eastern province. I also managed social media as additional responsibility.
Social Media project management:
• Create marketing plan.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends.
• Set ads budget and ideas.
• Create and manage pages on Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
& Linkedin.
• Supervise:
a.Comments respond form and timeline
b.Campaign creation, content and designs
c.Weekly content check and approval
• Launch campaigns and monitor progress.
Proposals:
• Extensive research about clients and industry.
• Create comprehensive proposal to meet client needs.
• Continuous discussions with clients to understand their
requirements and design proposals that fit their needs.
Website Project management:
• Handle all client needs and requirements and
communicate them to the project team.
• Plan and manage projects while monitoring progress and
reporting back to clients.
• Website design and subpages consultation and approval.
• Sub-page’s documentation to facilitate client and
programmers understanding of the project.
• Manage and perform QA process through all project
phases.
• Client Training to use their websites & CMS efficiently.
