• Monthly reporting which entails analysis of major KPIs of 2 wholly owned subsidiaries in order to understand the variances and bridge the gaps. Maintaining and presenting an analysis tool to senior management with monthly KPI trends across the region to measure performance of the business units.
• Created the entire set of investment documentation for 2 companies. The assignment required constant interaction with the CEOs of the companies. The documentation included exhaustive financial models taking into account the geographical growth, across types of vendors and projecting revenues for each product separately. Further created the Investment Teaser for both companies to be sent out to potential investors. Executive summaries and Presentations for the Management to present in front of the investors. Guided through and prepared the Due Diligence documentation with the clients. Created NDAs and Term Sheets for the final phase of investment process.
• Worked directly with CEO to build complex operating model of company involving 5 different projects. Created a complete budget for one of the ventures and a forecasted five year plan.
• Recently, developing a global charity brand which will be launched in year 2014.
•Assisted manager to the offer in $153 million M&A transaction between Lucky Cement (Acquirer) and ICI Pakistan Ltd (Target Company). Made a detailed plan for managing tender offer in compliance with Listed Companies (Substantial Acquisition of Voting Shares and Take-over) Ordinance 2002.
•Managed public offer acceptances from investors and updated share registrar and Central Depository Centre on regular basis.
•Build financial models of blue chip companies, Lucky Cement and Fauji Fertilizer Ltd, listed on Karachi Stock Exchange. Covered major aspects of their financial performance and future projections including revenue models, cost projections and cash flows.
•Forecasted demand and supply gaps for cement industry in Pakistan and projected export potential in Afghanistan and Middle East of cement for upcoming years.
•Assisted sales team in evaluating prospective investment opportunities with detailed industry review, company financials & analysis, SWOT and a fair price (through a detailed financial model).
•Worked on the GCC region from a macro perspective and identified several more high-growth potential sectors including utilities, logistics, air carriers and financial sector.
