Reporting directly to Management, I am responsible for defining and
ensuring compliance with F&B policies and procedures. Analyze and
elaborate cost control measures / actions aimed at the correct
maintenance of the P&L of each unit. Define and analyze profitability
indicators and KPIs.
Ensure compliance with HACCP standards. Support in the elaboration of
the menus. Costs control and stocks, validation of all food and beverage
requests. Manage relationship with suppliers. Manage staff and define
hiring (HR) needs. Revenue maximization. Customer satisfaction indicator
tracking.
