Job Profile
• Handling Team of 10 Hr Exe under me.
• Coordinating with HR of client companies.
• Sourcing CV's from Portals (naukri.com, monster.com), References (Candidate Relationship Management)
• Taking Telephonic interviews.
• Database management - Understanding candidate profile and proper classification as per client requirement which is based on Qualification, Experience, Pay Scale, Job Description Skills, Designation, Job Location.
• Maintaining MIS formats.
• Conducting preliminary Interview to know technical skills & communications skills.
• Regular follow up with clients and candidates in regard to payments, feedback, interviews, joining.
• Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process (qualification, interview, reference check etc)

Summer internship (post graduation):
Organization: "MOIL, Nagpur" (manganese ore India Ltd.)

Project topic: Recruitment and selection process.
