Resolution of Customer Queries
Effective and Efficient Identification and Resolution of customer queries while maintaining acceptable service quality. Following through on customer queries ensuring prompt resolution or eventual escalation of certain issues to relevant units.
Use of organization and time management tools and applications tracking cases of phone barring, missing minutes, GPRS configuration, Blackberry configuration and resolution and many more while meeting turn-around times and other required metrics.

Enlightening and educating customers on new products and initiatives within MTN.
Educating customers on the uses of products and services while providing information regarding customer accounts and other company details
Documentation and Reports Delivery.
Documentation of actions taken while resolving customer queries through transaction codes and service request
Generation of periodic reports and ad-hoc reports as requested by supervisors.
