• Lead 11 packing stations for round-the-clock operations, achieving a daily 1400 metric tons packing plan with a variety of products, diferent sizes of SKU, and various packing types (Paper pack, Pillow pack, Bagging, Jumbo, and bulk).
• Manage 2 stone Grinding Mills, overseeing order tracking, production planning, packing, and dispatching goods to maximize capacity utilization.
• Order and maintain packaging materials and premixes using Microsoft Dynamics system to prevent production setbacks.
• Coordinate with maintenance teams to carry out preventive and corrective maintenance for uninterrupted packing and production.
• Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) by confirming and suggesting changes in artwork development and creating New Item Code Requests for the system.

• Maintain attendance and leave records for 120 staf, accurately posting all entries in Oracle.

• Source temporary labor to meet deadlines, prepare management reports, and contribute cost-cutting and improvement ideas.
• Lead and supervise 7 packing stations for round-the-clock operations, ensuring the achievement of daily 600 metric tons packing plan with a variety of products, diferent SKU sizes, and packing types including BOPP pack, bagging, jumbo, and bulk.
• Manage the Warehouse and Dispatch teams to achieve daily dispatch targets of 1500 MT, planning packing activities, and coordinating transport to optimize machine and manpower capacity.
• Coordinate flour transfer to packing bins using the Wincos System, analyze flour requirements to maintain bufer stock in silos, and ensure on-time dispatch.
• Liaise with maintenance to schedule preventive and necessary maintenance to
ensure uninterrupted packing and production operations.
• Contribute to New Product Development (NPD) by confirming and suggesting changes in artwork development and creating New Item Code Requests for the system.
• Create production formulas for the correct consumption of ingredients and monitor their usage.
• Manage and maintain an inventory of 10, 000 MT of raw materials in the open yard, ensuring accuracy.
• Ensure stock accuracy for the entire plant, conduct stock movement analysis to identify discrepancies, and write of non-moving inventory.
• Comply with Quality and HSE requirements, source temporary labor to meet deadlines, prepare management reports, and contribute cost-cutting and improvement ideas.
• Oversee the eficient Warehouse & Dispatch operation of 4 busy plants, ensuring daily dispatch targets of 2500 MT of multiple finished goods are achieved.
• Manage the daily stock of Finished Goods, Packaging Materials, and Raw Materials to maintain a Daily stock level of 1500 MT, including safety stock maintenance to prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Utilize Oracle system for inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, reordering of Finished Goods, Packaging Materials, and Raw Materials to avoid stockouts, and ensuring accurate record-keeping.
• Lead and manage a team of forklift operators across 7 plants, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to safety protocols.
• Coordinate the maintenance of forklifts for all 7 plants, ensuring they are in optimal working condition to support daily operations.
• Arrange outsourcing of labor and heavy equipment as needed to support operations across all 7 plants, ensuring timely delivery and cost-efectiveness.
• Implement and maintain safety standards and protocols across all warehouse and dispatch operations, ensuring a safe working environment for all staf.
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase eficiency and reduce costs in warehouse and dispatch operations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
• Prepare and present regular reports on warehouse and dispatch operations to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.
