- Facilitated on massive implementation of the German dual vocational training system, establishment of the centres for independent assessment and certification, centres for training and retraining, and development of occupational standards in petrochemical industry.
- Facilitated international short-term expert on organisation of meetings, interviews, research, and analysis with key decision makers and writing of a structured roadmap in reforming of Vocational Training and Technical Education;
- Independently carried out researches and analysis on legislative directions/norms according to the project task requirements and wrote monthly reports to key stakeholders;
- Undertook all administration including bureaucracy in cooperation with state bodies and industries for detailed analysis on finding solutions;
- Consulted with key stakeholders to identify wide range of needs and demands in the labour market, level of public-private partnership, and tradesmen training quality.
