Responsibilities included:

• Ensure high-quality and timely execution of work in accordance with the work plan approved by the Head of the Service and the instructions of his Head at the objects assigned to him.
• Organize the current and long-term planning of the team's activities, monitor the implementation of labor discipline, advise and correct actions, coordinate and organize the work of employees of their
department, distribute duties and responsibilities between employees of their department.
• Control the well construction process.
• Responsible for the control of movement, technical condition and maintenance of property
• Contributes to the information database 1СToir information on accountable property, including: data on movement, data on the technical condition, data on repairs and maintenance.
• Measuring the tightening force of the casing string with the torque control systems CISLAB, 2M-Tek.
• Work with the SRT top drive system to make up and run the casing with rotation and circulation of the drilling fluid, and drill into the
casing.
• Keeping records, reading process flow diagrams, studying and
understanding hydraulic and mechanical equipment.
• Rig UP and rig DOWN on the rig site
