• Handling one of the largest accounts by value of AXA Gulf UAE for Motor Insurance.
• Working under the guidance of the Development Manager and accountable for achieving monthly sales target for Motor Insurance product through either walk-ins or single or direct sales of the clients executive channels.
• Pursue sales opportunities that typically arise with small and/or less complex customers, receiving sales enquiries and work with the Development Manager or Key Account Executives to respond to tender requests, converting tenders into sales of the company’s Motor Insurance products to meet agreed sales targets.
• Work synchronously with the underwriting teams to ensure all inquiries are accompanied by a full and complete presentation of underwriting information, competitor’s rates/terms/conditions if available and any other commercial/political information for consideration of underwriters and/or re-insurers.
• Responsible for developing and maintaining excellent relations with customers, providing post sale support as required ensuring customer satisfaction all the time.
• Conducting road shows for the company’s coming up with an IPO.
• Contacting and initiating business with prospective clients. Solely responsible for targeting and adding the following big companies to the current client list:
• SBI, GIC, ABN AMRO AMC, PRINCIPAL PNB AMC, HDFC BANK, WARDFERRY, TAURUS MF, L&T Mutual fund, DSP Blackrock, HSBC Mutual Fund and IL&FS Mutual Fund.
• Overseeing current accounts and rendering services to the existing clients.
• Acquiring new empanelment for the company.
• Exchanging views on expected market movement and the economy with all levels of organizations including CIOs’, Fund Managers, Analysts and dealers.
• Communicating with clients about research reports and responding to related queries
